We want you to be thrilled with your purchase.

If you received the wrong item or your product was broken or defective in any way, please contact us at info@mermaidfriends.com with photos of the problem so we can rectify the situation. 

If you have any questions or concerns, or are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@mermaidfriends.com.


We will gladly refund the product price or replace your item, providing merchandise is returned in its original packaging and tags within 30 days from purchase date. Please contact us at info@mermaidfriends.com  for return information.

Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable

Refunds cannot be provided for products that have been worn, used, or no longer in their original packaging or tags. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@mermaidfriends.com within 14 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
