When will I receive my shipping info?
You should receive your shipping confirmation email and tracking number when your order has shipped from the fulfillment center. Fulfillment typically takes 1-3 business days after placing your order. Shipping confirmation during holidays and sales may take up to 3-5 days to receive.
If you are purchasing a personalized or customized item that required review and approval of a proof, your shipping confirmation will be received within 3-4 business days after your approval is received.
What are your shipping charges?
Sticker orders - Standard shipping in the US is a flat fee of $2.50.
Mugs, Glasses, Doormats, Home Decor - Standard shipping in the US is a flat fee of $9.95. Non-apparel items do not qualify for free shipping offers unless explicitly mentioned in promo.
Sorry, at this time we do not offer shipping outside the US.
When will I get my order?
Printing and shipping usually take 3-7 business days after your order has been processed - depending on your location and seasonality. You can expect a slightly longer delay for orders during holidays such as Christmas and Mother's Day.
All free shipping is sent via USPS.
Where will my order ship from?
Mermaid Friends leverages a "print on demand" fulfillment through US based vendors across the country.
My order should be here by now. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@mermaidfriends.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address and the item is returned to us, we can send you a resend your order, but additional shipping will apply.
